The Chicago Magic PSG U18 squad enjoyed a great first half to its 2012-13 season with a 10-4-1 record and a spot at the top of the Mid-America Division. The Illinois team has done much of its damage thanks to a complete team effort defensively. Magic has only let in 10 goals this season, which is top in the division and among the best in the Development Academy.
There is no question about the curiosity from college coaches in figuring out just what makes this squad tick, and they made not net to look much farther than the longtime captain, who is currently in the midst of the recruiting process as a junior in high school.
