1997 ODP Girls compete in Costa Rica

The 1997 US Youth Soccer Olympic Development Program (US Youth Soccer ODP) Girls Regional teams are in Costa Rica this week to compete in a round-robin style tournament against four first division women's teams from Costa Rican clubs Alajuela, Saprissa, Arenal Coronado and Cartago.
 
The trip to Costa Rica is one of the many benefits associated with the playing US Youth Soccer ODP, furthering the experiences of some of the nation's finest youth players while testing their talents in environments typically only found as a member of the national team.
