University of Miami Director of Athletics Blake James has relieved head women’s soccer coach Tom Anagnost of his duties effective immediately.

A national search for a new head coach has begun.

Anagnost was hired by Miami in December 2010 and compiled a 19-15-5 record, which included an appearance in the NCAA Tournament in 2012. He previously coached at Central Michigan University.
