World Cup: Who’s next for the USWNT?

The U.S. Women’s National Team is out to end a World Cup drought that extends back to 1999, when it last won the event on home soil.

Jill Ellis has picked the oldest squad in the competition, with an average age just north of 29 years old as it heads to Canada.

That’s not to say that she doesn’t have a pool of young talent to choose from. Whether players making their NWSL debut this season, still in college or even at the club level, here’s a quick look at 10 uncapped young players who could force their way into the 2019 World Cup picture.
