Boston, Mass.—Junior midfielder Dustin Dzwonkowski (Archbishop Curley) scored his first goal of the season to break a 1-1 tie in the second half and lead the visiting UMBC Retrievers (11-3, 2-2 America East) to a 2-1
win over
Boston University (7-6-2, 1-4) in a match-up of teams that were both nationally-ranked just two weeks ago. Retriever Junior Levi Houapeu recorded the game-tying goal in the 71st minute just 30 seconds after Boston’s Aaron O’Neal gave the Terriers a 1-0 advantage. Dzwonkowski, who assisted on Houapeu’s score, posted his third career goal at the 74:40 mark and UMBC hung on down the stretch for the victory.
