North Carolina’s Casey Nogueira, last year’s TDS Player of the Season in women’s college soccer, closed out the regular season with Player of the Week honors after leading the Tar Heels to an ACC Tournament championship.
Nogueira scored twice in the final against
Florida State and put in the overtime winner in the team’s semifinal win over
Boston College to earn the award.
The Tar Heels kept this week’s Team of the Week honors all to themselves as Billy Schuler earned the award on the men’s side with three goals and an assist in a pair of UNC wins.

On the men’s side,
Akron is also sporting a perfect record at 18-0-0 after a pair of wins this week. The Zips have been on top of the ranking all season.
Men’s conference tournaments will be played this week with the NCAA field announced next Monday.
