UConn retains #1 slot; Holmes POTW

Ray Reid’s Connecticut Huskies remain at #1 in the TopDrawerSoccer.com Tournament 48 National Ranking for men’s college soccer, following a pair of victories this week to stay undefeated on the season.
Maryland, Akron and North Carolina follow UConn in this week’s ranking, which is a running effort to project the postseason NCAA Tournament field, including all automatic conference and at-large qualifiers. Weekly updates will appear every Monday.
Meanwhile, Akron’s Luke Holmes has been named the TopDrawerSoccer.com Men's College Player of the Week. Holmes scored two goals and recorded two assists in helping the #3 Zips to pair of victories this week.
