I am getting ready to start my 11th year playing soccer and i have never seen the politics so bad. i am getting ready to be in a girls U16 division. i have witnessed the politics getting worse and worse over the past few years. with girls say if the don't make the 'green' team(top team) they aren't playing and things like that.

Starting with last year. there are two organ. that are mostly used in greensboro GYS and GUS. Last year all but 6 players from one team moved to GUS from GYS right after tryouts leaving the 6 of us out to dry. Even though that put us back on the same team it was just because they didnt make the team they wanted and felt they where to good for the people that were trying to help them. Now this years tryouts are coming back around and its all about to happen again. Last yeah i was very skeptical about tryouts and almost didnt. our team ended up making it to the final 4 of state cup but the team that moved(that thought they were the best soccer team in the world) ended up only have an ok record.

if thats not some dumb politics in soccer i dont know what is.
