Just to be on the list i think would be quite an accomplishment. I dont hthink that any coaches would put precedent with regard to ratings. The player pool is as you said, legitamate, but the ratings i would say dont make THAT much of an impact on the coaches. Just the presence of a players name int hese lists speaks for itself and their high level of play.

Agreed. A coach isnt going to look at a player or not look at a player because of his or her rank on the List. Just being on the list itself is the main thing. I think the rankings are simply a way of showing where players are with respect to the skill levels of other players.

The college coaches will eventually make up their own minds on the credibility of the player rankings . It is all so new it will develop over time. No one else is doing anything close .

True. It only makes things easier for coaches in acquiring good players.
