Thank you to everyone for the enthusiastic response we've received to the new Players to Watch™ and TeamRank™ sections on TopDrawerSoccer.com.

Just this week we've been pouring over thousands of player profiles, hundreds of new nominees, and a ton of results from all over the country in order to keep our information updated.

As you can see, identifying and rating thousands of teams and players nationwide is a monumental project and we take it very seriously. Our commitment to you is to provide the most accurate, interesting and credible breakdown of teams and players in elite youth soccer.  We are in frequent contact with a large but informal network of coaches and observers around the country. Additionally, our own personnel provide feedback and details so we can work to keep information on each team and player complete and current.

Help us help you. Keep us updated on all the top talent.

With TeamRank™, our commitment is to regularly review standings of national, regional, state and local leagues, as well as cup and tournament play. The rankings will be reviewed and updated at least monthly and changes can be made on a daily basis, particularly as we learn of new team situations and emerging teams in the younger age groups (ranking criteria can be viewed here).

But for both Players to Watch™ and TeamRank™ , we need your help. Especially at this time of the year when many players are changing clubs, and younger players enter into the age groups that we traditionally cover (U13 to U18), there is a lot of transition going on and we want to stay on top of it.

This is why we're also allowing you to update information available in Players to Watch ™ and in TeamRank™ through our content update tool .  This is a great opportunity to tell the TopDrawerSoccer.com community about the team's makeup, history, accomplishment and upcoming events.

With Players to Watch™ and our Women's and Men's National Top 100™ lists, we will review and update the entire set of information at least monthly by consulting with our national observers and our own scouts. Additionally, readers can update information on top players using our content update tool as we continue to strive to be the best source of information on top players (something more than 500 DI coaches subscribing to the site can attest to).

On these content update tools , please note that we review every submission for both players and teams, and then incorporate them upon our next update. So while you may not see the new information within a few days of your submission, it does not mean we haven't gotten it. It's simply part of a bigger process, but please know that we very much appreciate and covet your input.

You'll also note that we've just updated the Top 100 lists for both Boys and Girls in the 2009 graduating class, so you can go there to check out the changes. Later this fall, we will be adding a Top 100 list for 2010 graduates.

We hope you continue to interact and participate with us as we expand and enhance our coverage of elite youth soccer, team rankings, and college recruiting. Our commitment is to keep the information available to you reliable and abundant.
