Junior Flores, our No. 1 ranked player in the 2014 class, has signed with German club Borussia Dortmund as reported by Steven Goff of the Washington Post.
Flores is a product of McLean Youth Soccer in Virginia and is in full-time residency with the U.S. Soccer U17 program. He is currently in Allicante, Spain with the 20-player team named for the 2012 AGS Cup.
A gifted attacker who has burst onto the international scene over the last year, Flores will not join the club until he turns 18 in 2014 when his four-year deal is said to go into effect. The Post has also reported that Flores has signed a two-year deal with Nike.
