We have to give the nod to Busted Coverage for the crack reporter work on this one, but it appears our little US Soccer darling … our little Canadian import, is officially Canadian Taken (see what I did there? I took Canadian Bacon and … forget it).
Leroux was first spotted at a Houston Texans game (that’s J.J.’s team) with Watt’s family, then later found at the NFL Pro Bowl in Hawaii. Then, we noticed that Leroux took a particular liking to 300 WATT light bulbs, so that was the final dead giveaway.
We’re not sure what she sees in Watt, exactly. You know, besides the 6-foot-5 Bane frame, and the All Pro ability. But hey, we’re not haters. We just want to see Syd happy. And if that means settling for a professional athlete when she could’ve had an eccentric blogger with a nervous tick … we’re all for it.
