For at least 15 minutes a day, Jack Brown juggles a soccer ball. Jack started on April 1, and within a few days he hit 253 juggles in a row. Over the course of the next few weeks, he broke his record five times, and his new benchmark is 429. Jack just turned 8 years old.

This is Jack’s story – using uncommon skill to raise awareness for a cause. In this case, that’s Charity Ball, an organization founded by youngster Ethan King you’ve also read about on The 91st Minute. It provides balls to underprivelaged youth around the world, and Jack is using his juggle journal to help the cause.

If Jack becomes the American Messi as a side effect of the journey? No complaints here.

This is a lovely bit of work from Dress Code featuring Michigan teen Ethan King, who helped start up a program called Charity Ball that’s now provided more than 4,000 soccer balls to kids around the globe. Notable too is the inclusion of Borussia Dortmund defender Nevin Subotic, who you’ll see in the video.

Anyway, very worthy cause. You can visit Charity Ball here to learn more.
