Shattuck-St. Mary’s 04 picked up a pair of crucial wins over the weekend as the hunt for the playoffs picks up. SSM knocked off Vardar on Saturday behind goals from Adolfo Diaz and Zach Zengue, and then completed the trip to Michigan with a win over Michigan Wolves on Sunday. Diaz, one of the goal scorers for SSM, has been filming the his team's quest for a spot in the playoffs on his youtube channel.
The six-point trip pushed SSM into the top spot in the conference with only a few games left on the schedule prior to the playoffs in Dallas at the end of June.
