ECNL Virginia PDP Standouts
A total of 56 players from ECNL clubs in Maryland and Virginia spent the weekend training in Richmond as part of the league’s growing Player Development Program.

While each player certainly brought a great deal of talent over the two games, it was obviously not the same as playing with their club teams, considering they were matched together with just one training session to prepare.
With that in mind, here are 12 standout performances from the weekend:
MF/D Andi Sullivan, Bethesda SC U18: The U17 World Cup midfielder was one of the standout performers on the weekend. Having already earned call-ups to U20 camps this year, Sullivan spent most of the time at center back, which isn’t her natural position. However, she was able to exhibit her class and skill on the ball, spraying pinpoint passes around the field and breaking up plays at the back.
