Ravens Mount Comeback at Wilkes

WILKES-BARRE, Pa. - The Ravens Men's Soccer team fell behind 1-0 to host Wilkes University in the 23rd minute, but junior captain Sergio Martinez (Central Catholic/Allentown, Pa.) pulled the score level with a goal in the 25th minute.
Junior Pat McElroy (Sterling/Stratford, NJ) found the net inside the right post to score the game-winner for the Ravens in the 87th minute.
Junior keeper Nick Hulayew (Lansdale catholic/Hatboro, Pa.) saved three shots to earn the season-opening victory for the Ravens.
The teams were credited with 14 shots apiece, with Rosemont putting eight shots on goal and Wiles putting four on goal.
The Ravens return home on Saturday, 9/3, as they host the Aggies of Delaware Valley College at 1:00pm.
