Are we heading for a Duke vs. Stanford showdown in the College Cup?

Selection Monday remains a week away, though the Blue Devils and Cardinal have already added silverware in 2017, as the two programs claimed their respective conference titles this past week.

Duke won in Thursday's finale, defeating Virginia by a 1-0 score to win the ACC regular season title. The Blue Devils hosted Sunday's quaterfinal matchup in the ACC tournament, advancing past Boston College with a 3-1 win.

The ACC side remains at No. 2 in this week's rankings, as Stanford maintained its No. 1 ranking thanks to two of its biggest wins of the season to date. The Cardinal edged UCLA by a 1-0 score on Thursday night in Westwood, and then claimed the Pac-12 crown with a 3-1 victory over USC on Sunday.

There is also a new top five team this week, as West Virginia moved up in the rankings after a win against Kansas.
