Brooklyn Heights, New York---For the first time this season, the St. Francis Brooklyn men's soccer team battled for 110 minutes as the Terriers held a scoreless draw with Saint Joseph's on Thursday evening at Brooklyn Bridge Park.  Junior goalkeeper Jack Binks (3-2-1) made six saves.

Binks made two saves in the first half and four in the second half, with two coming in crucial situations.  Binks made the punch out save in the 88th minute off a shot from Saint Joseph's Tim Lazorko, who blasted on off a free kick from forty yards out.

For the game, St. Francis Brooklyn (4-2-1) held a 25-12 advantage in shots and corners kicks by an 11-5 margin.  Junior co-captain Andy Cormack blasted two shots on goal in four chances to lead the Terrier attack.

The Terriers will be back in action on Sunday, September 29th, as they travel to Cambridge, Massachusetts to tangle with Harvard University of the Ivy League.
