Twelve College Veterans Callled to USMNT
Twelve players with college experience were called up for this week's U.S. men's national team camp in Orlando.
Slated to take place in Orlando, Florida, from January 8-16, the camp takes place outside a FIFA window and features MLS-based talent only. The camp ends with a friendly against Slovenia on January 20 in San Antonio, Texas.
Of the 25 players called into camp, 12 played at least one season of college soccer. Indiana and Duke lead the way with two veterans each.
2022 TDS Player of the Year Duncan McGuire was called up after a strong rookie season with Orlando City.
