PHILADELPHIA – The University of Dayton women's soccer team scored two unanswered goals to come from behind and defeat Saint Joseph's 3-2 Sunday at Sweeney Field. With the win, the Flyers improve to 12-5-1 overall and 7-1-0 in Atlantic 10 action. The Hawks, needing a win to secure a berth at the A-10 Championship this weekend, drops to 7-8-3, 3-4-1 A-10.

Sophomore Nicole Waters scored the first goal of the match in the 27^th minute with an assist from senior Stephanie Emery.

Mo Hawkins scored the next two goals, unassisted in the 31^st minute and on a PK in the 38^th minute, to five the Hawks a 2-1 lead at the half.

Freshman Erin O'Malley scored the equalizer for the Flyers in the 51^st minute. Sophomore Ashley Campbell had the assist.

Campbell then scored the game-winner in the 65^th minute off an assist from Waters.

Freshman goalkeeper Elizabeth James had five saves for the Flyers.

The Flyers had 22 shots to SJU's 12.

Dayton, who is the No. 1 seed in the A-10 Championship, will play in the quarterfinals Thursday at 11 a.m.
