BAKERSFIELD, Calif.--Utah Valley's Lexi Felis scored 4:04 into overtime as the Wolverines defeated CSU Bakersfield 1-0 Tuesday afternoon.

"It’s not a good result for us, absolutely not. Utah Valley did an excellent job of executing their game plan, they like to open up the game, like to make it a transition game and they did a good job of executing their attack and we need to fine tune some areas of our game to be able to slow that down ,” said head coach Melissa Phillips. “It’s not a result I like to see on the schedule but its an area where we need to learn and move forward.”

CSUB is off until Oct. 11 when the Roadrunners travel to UT-San Antonio for a 7 p.m. (CDT) match.
