Rules and Exclusions

• User must provide email address in order to be contacted.
• All entrants must be 13 or older at the time of entry.
• Maximum of 10 entries per email address.
• The camp attendee redeeming the Gift Certificate must be between the ages of 12-19.
• Contest ends 11:59 p.m. Pacfic time, Feb. 9, 2014.
• Gift certificate valid for any one week of soccer camp expiring 12/31/2014, excluding July camps. Boarding and on-campus meals included. Transportation not included.
• Boarding at IMG Academy included.
• Transportation to and from IMG Academy located at: 5500 34th Street West, Bradenton, FL 34210 not included.
• Not redeemable for cash or private lessons.
• Program cannot be changed, shared or adjusted.
• Valid for one year (only) from purchased date. Must be presented at check-in.
• See restrictions and exlusions on back.
• All forms must be completed prior to arrival.
• Program indicated on front of certificate is non-divisible or adjustable
• Transferring of certificate must be in writing from the original receipt of the certificate with the return of hte original so that a new certificate may be processed. (New certificate will indicate original purchase date)
• No other discounts may be used in conjunction with this certificate.
• Reservation requests are subject to availability.
• Value represents the amount towards the program and/or accommodations indicated at the time of purchase (Please note: prices of programs/accommodations are subject to change without notice which may result in the amount due depending on the program and/or accommodation indicated on reverse side).
• Additional programs and nights will be charged at full retail price.
• This certificate is good for one year and shall expire one year from issuance date.
• NO CASH OR CREDIT REFUNDS ARE AVAILABLE.
