FRISCO, Texas (March 6, 2018) — The 2017-18 US Youth Soccer National League Boys season will wrap up play March 9-11 at the Bettye Wilson Soccer Complex in Las Vegas, Nev., as 72 teams — representing 24 state associations and 52 clubs — play their final games to solidify the division standings.

Entering the final weekend of play in Las Vegas…

  • 17 berths to the US Youth Soccer National Championships are still to be decided.
  • 13 National League division titles are up for grabs
  • 48 of the 72 teams with games remaining are still in contention for a berth to Nationals
  • Nine teams have perfect 3-0-0 records; Four 14U teams have 2-0-0 records
  • 400 college coaches have attended National League events so far this season

The top two finishers in each of the 14U and 15U divisions earn a place in the 2018 US Youth Soccer National Championships, while the division winners in the 16U, 17U and 18U age groups also advance. The 2018 National Championships will take place July 23-29 in Frisco, Texas.

Following the first two National League weekends, just three teams — 15U Oklahoma Energy FC Central 03 (OK), 17U Oklahoma Energy FC 01 Central (OK) and 18U Baltimore Celtic SC 00 (MD) — have booked tickets to the National Championships. With so many berths to Frisco, Texas, still on the line, there will be plenty to play for when the teams meet in Las Vegas.
