New NCAA legislation means that this year's opening of the Early Signing Period in the middle of tournament season.

All Division I, II and III soccer tournaments begin this weekend save for the men's, which will begin on Thursday, November 15.

That happens to be the day after the new Signing Day for all DI and DII sports: November 14.

TopDrawerSoccer.com will begin covering the new recruiting classes for 2019 that day, with our annual Signing Day coverage, presented by IMG Academy.

Diverging from years past, coverage will be rolling and revived every month, with social media, photo gallery and analysis until the close of the signing period on August 1, 2019.
