In all, 2017 wasn’t the best year for U.S. Soccer.
From the U.S. men’s national team abject failure in Trinidad, the struggles of the U.S. women’s side at the Tournament of Nations and She Believes Cup. Poor showings at the Nike Friendlies, the standard bearers of soccer in the USA left a lot to be desired this past year.
Still, work at the youth levels continued, and there were certainly notable moments across the club, college and youth national team landscape.
