TOWSON, Md., Oct. 1, 2010 - James Madison junior Yolie Anderson-Golhor (Ottawa, Ontario/Louis-Riel) scored both her team's goals as the Dukes posted a 2-1 win at Towson in Colonial Athletic Association women's soccer Friday afternoon.

JMU improved to 6-5-0 overall and 2-1-0 in league play.  Towson has a 5-5-2 overall record and a 1-2-0 CAA record.

For the second game in a row the Dukes trailed early, as the Tigers' Emily Banes controlled a ball off the JMU defense and scored just 1:55 into the match.

JMU evened the game in the 39th minute, when Anderson-Golhor blasted a shot from 25 yards out.  The ball hit the crossbar and dropped into the goal.

The game-winner came just 2:04 into the second half, when Towson goalie Jocelyn Papciak stopped a shot by senior Corinna Strickland (Springfield, Va./West Springfield), but the ball rebounded out and Anderson-Golhor knocked the rebound into the net.

Dukes' redshirt senior goalkeeper Diane Wszalek (West Chester, Pa./West Chester East) finished with two saves, both times when facing Towson players on breakaways.

"After a slow start we mounted a really strong offensive game," JMU head coach Dave Lombardo said.  "We had a lot of players involved in the attack.  Our midfield was the difference today, creating offense and changing the point of attack.  Yolie had a breakout game, and Diane came up big twice with saves on breakaways."
