The ranking is a running effort to project the 64-team NCAA Tournament field, including all automatic conference and at-large bids to the field. It is updated every Monday through the season. You can see the entire ranking here.

Stanford remains at #2 in the ranking after a pair of wins. Boston College, Portland and Texas A&M(w) move up a spot each respectively following the overtime loss by Notre Dame Friday night at UCLA. Virginia also moved up from 8 to 6, with Maryland and Florida also climbing following their victories this weekend. The number of teams leaving (and entering) the ranking this week climbed into double digits, as top teams within conferences or contenders for at-large bids begins to take shape.

Meanwhile Texas A&M(w)’s Rachel Shipley has been named TopDrawerSoccer.com Player of the Week following her role in the Aggies two road wins this weekend. Shipley scored twice in her team’s 3-1 win at Indiana, and then added 2 assists including a killer pass on a golden goal as the team defeated Purdue 2-1.
