The fall season includes the following states: Colorado, Connecticut, D.C., Delaware, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Vermont, Virginia (private), West Virginia, Wisconsin.

The rankings are compiled by high school rankings editor Sheldon Shealer.

St. Ignatius Cleveland, OH 19-0-2
Xavier commit Stephen Milhoan capped the scoring with his 77th career goal, establishing a new school record, as St. Ignatius defeated Massillon Jackson 2-0 to advance to this week's state semifinals. The Wildcats will face Medina on Wednesday, riding a current national fall season-best 57-match undefeated streak.

Boulder Boulder, CO 18-0-0
Boulder blanked Regis Jesuit and Grandview last week to advance to the state semifinals and a Wednesday clash with upstart Fossil Ridge. Boulder and Regis were scoreless until Boulder scored five goals on six shots in the final 24 minutes. Blaise Werner had two goals and one assist. Trey Pace added a goal and two assists. Werner also scored in the 2-0 win over Grandview.

West Chester Henderson West Chester, PA 21-1-1
Princeton commit Frank DeRosa and Zach Roberts scored first-half goals as Henderson defeated Conestoga 2-0 in the PIAA AAAA District 1 final. The result ended a seven-match losing streak to Conestoga for Henderson, which next faces District 3 third-place finisher Cumberland Valley. Henderson lost to Conestoga in overtime earlier in the season. Henderson and Conestoga both advance to the state tournament.

Pennington School Pennington, NJ 16-0-3*
Season Complete. New Jersey Prep A state champion.
School Facts: Private, 500 students, grades 9-12.
NOTES: Senegal native Ibrahima Diop, who is quickly becoming one of the hot recruits in the Class of 2018, scored 71 seconds into the match and then added two more as Pennington defeated St. Benedict's Prep, ending the Gray Bees' run of state titles at 27 in a 3-1 contest. WATCH THE STATE FINAL. Pennington tied St. Benedict's earlier in the season and posted wins over Delran and Hill School (Pa.), and tied Prep Top 10-ranked Peddie School.

Conestoga Berwyn, PA 21-1-0
After seven straight wins over Henderson, including one this season, Conestoga fell to its district rival 2-0 in the PIAA Class AAAA District 1 final. Despite the setback, both teams advance to the state tournament and could meet again -- for the state title -- if both teams can win their next three matches.

Lower Dauphin Hummelstown, PA 24-0-0
Nick Iagnemma, Timmy Townsend and Jackson Becher scored the goals as Lower Dauhpin eased past Gettysburg 3-0 in the Class AAA District 3 final. The win sends Lower Dauphin into this week's Class AAA state tournament as the favorite.

Milwaukee Marquette Milwaukee, WI 20-1-3*
Season Complete. Wisconsin Division 1 state champion.
School Facts: Private, all-male, 1,075 students, grades 9-12.
NOTES: Sophomore Thomas Bruneau scored the lone goal as Marquette edged Green Bay Preble 1-0 in the state final after holding a large edge in shots and chances. The win marked Marquette's third straight state title and sixth in the past seven years. The team has not lost to a Wisconsin opponent since 2013. The defense, anchored by Wisconsin commit Ben Leas, became the first team to shut out Preble in 46 matches. Marquette was undefeated against traditional high school teams, losing only to Prep Top 10-ranked Kiski Prep (Pa.). The Hilltoppers had victories over Prep Top 10 No. 1 South Kent School (Conn.) and Missouri power Rockhurst Jesuit.

Denver East Denver, CO 19-0-0
Sam Carson and Max Gottesfeld scored the goals as Denver East defeated Fort Collins 2-1 to advance to this week's state semifinals and a clash with two-time defending champ Broomfield.

Walter Johnson Bethesda, MD 14-1-0
Zion Friday scored the deciding goal as Walter Johnson defeated Walt Whitman 2-1 to advance to the Class 4A West region final. Walter Johnson twice defeated Walt Whitman this season, and Whitman was one of the teams that beat St. Benedict's Prep (N.J.).

Salesianum Wilmington, DE 13-1-1
Jason Blackwell's overtime goal helped Salesianum defeat Indian River 3-2 in a match Sallies trailed in the second half. Salesianum starts postseason play this week.

Green Hope Cary, NC 23-1-0
Green Hope rolled out to a 7-0 halftime lead en route to a 9-0 playoff-opening win over J.H. Rose last week. Seven players scored goals for the Falcons.

Stillwater Stillwater, MN 22-0-0*
Season Complete. Minnesota Class AA state champion.
School Facts: Public, 2,050 students, grades 10-12.
NOTES: Colman Farrington and Kohei Adams scored the goals as Stillwater defeated Wayzata 2-0 to cap a perfect season and secure the highest-ever SIMA FAB 50 finish for a Minnesota boys team. WATCH THE STATE FINAL. The Ponies were simply dominant, averaging nearly 4.5 goals per game. Stillwater won both the state quarterfinal and semifinal matches 6-1. Adams scored three goals in the state semifinal win. For a regional point of reference, Stillwater went 3-0 against Wisconsin teams, including a 1-0 win over Broookfield East (Wis.), which Wisconsin champ Milwaukee Marquette defeated 2-0.

Andrew Furman and Sebastian Varela scored the goals as Ramapo defeated Montville 2-0 to set up a Group 3, Section I semifinal showdown with Pascack Valley.

St. Charles Prep Bexley, OH 20-0-1
Kristo Strickler scored all three goals as St. Charles Prep defeated Dublin Coffman 3-1 to advance to this week's state semifinals. If St. Ignatius and St. Charles win their midweek semifinal contests, these undefeated programs will meet for the Division I title on Sunday.

Hector Gomez and Jack Francisco each scored four goals last week as St. Francis de Sales cruised to two regional victories to advance to this week's Division II state semifinals.

Season Complete. Illinois Class 3A state champion.
School Facts: Public, 2,825 students, grades 9-12.
NOTES: After assisting the first goal, junior Jack Barry scored the go-ahead goal as Naperville North pulled away from Barrington for a 3-1 state final win. The victory came just a few days after Naperville North knocked off undefeated Morton in a Super-Sectional contest that pitted the two state title favorites. Ian Guppy and Will Ritzmann scored the other state final goals for Naperville North, which claimed its first state title since 1998.

Rockwood Summit Fenton, MO 26-2-1
Billy Hency had four goals and one assist last week as Summit rolled past Washington and North County and into this week's Division 2 state semifinals. The Falcons will take on Fort Zumwalt South, which stunned previous Top 25-ranked Ladue last week in the quarterfinals.

Season Complete. Illinois Class 3A Super-Sectional runner-up.
School Facts: Public, 8,075 students, grades 9-12.
NOTES: Morton's magical season ended in a Super-Sectional loss to Naperville North in what was projected as a state final-worthy contest. As expected, after winning the match, Naperville North then went on to claim the state title two wins later. During the season, Morton, led by junior standout Baltazar Duran, won the Red Devil Cup and the Pepsi Showdown.

CBA used three second-half goals to advance past St. John Vianney 3-0 last week. CBA next faces St. Joseph-Metuchen in the South Jersey, Non-Public A semifinals this week.

Nauset's 5-0 win over Canton on Sunday extended the team's shutout streak to 19 games and Nauset has outscored its opponents 100-0 so far this year.

John Strohlein scored four goals and Daniel Tittelmayer had three assists as Delran rallied past Bordentown 5-3 in a South Jersey, Group 2 quarterfinal.

Walter Hernandez scored the lone goal in overtime as Newark East Side got past Elizabeth 1-0 in the North Jersey, Section 2 quarterfinals. Next up is a clash with always-dangerous Bridgewater-Raritan.

Season Complete. Kansas Class 6A state champion.
School Facts: Public, 1,850 students, grades 9-12.
NOTES: Joshua DonJuan, a junior, scored the only goal nine minutes into the match and keepers Jorge Ortiz and Jesus Navarro -- each playing a half -- made it stand as Dodge City stunned Olathe East 1-0 in the state final. Dodge City's perfect season led to the program's first boys soccer state title.

After beating McKay and West Linn in the regular season, McMinnville beat both last week to advance to the state semifinals and a showdown with Portland Wilson.
