FAB 50 High School Soccer Team Rankings

The boys fall high school season includes the following states: Colorado, Connecticut, D.C., Delaware, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Vermont, Virginia (fall only), West Virginia, Wisconsin.

The rankings are compiled by high school rankings editor Sheldon Shealer.

Julian Gomez, Ronald Mafunzwaini and Celio Pompeu scored goals as St. Benedict's defeated Salesianum (Del.) 3-0, the team's second win against a former FAB 50 Top 10 team in a matter of eight days.
2 (2) Naperville North Naperville, IL 17-0-0
Christian Romano's throw-in was deflected into the goal, giving Naperville North a 1-0 win over Joilet West last week in the team's lone outing.
3 (3) Libertyville Libertyville, IL 15-0-0
Libertyville posted a pair of 4-1 wins last week to stay perfect, first beating Lake Forest, then handling Zion-Benton.
4 (4) Louisville Trinity Louisville, KY 16-0-0
Kentucky commit Brandon McManus and Jack Fischer each had three goals and two assists last week as Trinity defeated Kentucky Country Day and South Oldham.
5 (5) Martin Luther King Manhattan, NY 10-0-0
MLK ran its win streak to 49 with a 4-1 victory over Shea (R.I.). Akeem Shelton scored three goals.
6 (6) Delbarton School Morristown, NJ 13-0-0
Matt Pease scored a goal in each of Delbarton's three wins last week.

Loyola Towson, MD 9-0-0
Matthew Lala scored the game-winner in overtime as Loyola edged Calvert Hall 1-0 last week. The Dons also defeated Gilman 1-0.

McDonogh School Owings Mills, MD 7-0-1
McDonogh's 1-1 draw with league rival Gilman last week led to the Dons and Eagles swapping places in the state, region and FAB 50 rankings.
9 (9) St. Ignatius Cleveland, OH 11-1-2
St. Ignatius coach Mike McLaughlin, an alum from the storied school, recorded his 400th career victory when the Wildcats defeated Toledo St. Francis DeSales 6-2 last week.
10 (10) St. Xavier Louisville, KY 18-1-1
St. Xavier rolls into this week's regular season finale with Brown having allowed only one goal in its past six matches.
11 (11) Peoria Notre Dame Peoria, IL 15-2-0
PND had no problem with Champaign Central last week, winning 7-0.
12 (12) Milwaukee Marquette Milwaukee, WI 13-2-0
Luke Thew scored twice as Marquette defeated Germantown 4-1 in the team's lone outing.

Troy Athens Troy, MI 17-0-0
Sean McDonnell scored both goals in Athens' 2-1 win over Rochester Adams, and the Redhawks followed up that result with one-sided wins over Royal Oak and University of Detroit Jesuit.

Morton won three matches last week, rolling up 13 goals.

Holmdel scored two goals in a three-minute span of the second half to pull away for a 3-1 victory over Christian Brothers, securing its spot as the state's top South Jersey team for the time being. Monmouth commit Anthony Arena assisted the final goal.

Haverford was held to a 1-1 draw by Penn Charter following a 1-0 win over Malvern Prep last week.
17 (17) Conestoga Berwyn, PA 12-1-0
Conestoga posted three 3-0 wins last week, beating Garnett Valley, Penncrest and Great Valley.
18 (18) North Penn Lansdale, PA 13-0-0
North Penn is keeping pace with Conestoga in the District 1-AAAA point race following wins over Souderton, Central Bucks East and La Salle last week.

Wheaton Academy received goals from three players in a 3-1 win over St. Francis.

Montclair scored only three goals alst week, but it was enough for shutout wins over Belleville and Columbia.

Seton Hall Prep scored three second-half goals for a 3-1 win over always-tough West Orange last week. The Pirate clash with another perennially strong program, Millburn, early this week.

Salesianum's lone outing last week was a 3-0 setback to top-ranked St. Benedict's Prep (N.J.). The Sallies' other loss is an overtime defeat to Milwaukee Marquette (Wis.).
23 (23) Central Catholic Portland, OR 10-0-0
Fritz Kabeiseman, a 6-4 defender, has anchored a Central Catholic defense that entered this week with a six-match shutout streak.
24 (24) Fairview Boulder, CO 10-0-0
Cooper Harmon scored twice in Fairview's 3-0 win over Greeley West. The Knights face a tough week with matches against Fort Collins and Broomfield.

St. Christopher's Richmond, VA 8-0-0
Led by William & Mary commit Alexander Levengood, St. Christopher's makes its FAB 50 Top 25 debut this week. Levengood netted four goals in the team's 7-0 win over Trinity Episcopal last week.
