FAB 50 High School Soccer Team Rankings

The boys fall high school season includes the following states: Colorado, Connecticut, D.C., Delaware, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Vermont, Virginia (fall only), West Virginia, Wisconsin.

The rankings are compiled by high school rankings editor Sheldon Shealer.

Colin Iverson scored both goals as Naperville North won the Best of the West title for the fourth year in a a row with a 2-0 victory over Sandburg.

Bryce Horton scored a pair of goals to lead St. Ignatius to a 4-1 wi over Solon, despite playing a man down for more than half the match following a red card.

Salesianum starts regular season play Sept. 5 at Lancaster Mennonite (Pa.).
5 (5) St. Xavier Louisville, KY 8-0-0
Case Cox, Conner George and Max Gordinier scored as St. Xavier capped a four-win week with a 3-0 victory over SLUH (Mo.).
6 (6) Blue Valley Southwest Overland Park, KS 1-0-0
Wisconsin-Green Bay commit Aidan Bates scored three goals as BV Southwest got off to a hot start with a 5-1 win over Shawnee Mission South.
7 (7) Libertyville Libertyville, IL 4-0-0
Libnertyville won the Northside College Showcase for the second straight year, this time knocking off Waukegan 3-0 in the final.
8 (8) Martin Luther King Manhattan, NY 0-0-0
MLK starts regular season play Sept. 6 against Washington Irving.
9 (9) Delbarton School Morristown, NJ 0-0-0
Delbarton School starts regular season play Sept. 5 against Mount Olive.
10 (10) McDonogh School Owings Mills, MD 0-0-0
McDonogh's two scheduled matches were canceled due to extreme heat last week. The Eagles will try again this week to start the season.
11 (11) Seton Hall Prep West Orange, NJ 0-0-0
Seton Hall Prep starts regular season play Sept. 4 against Nutley.
12 (12) Louisville Trinity Louisville, KY 5-0-0
Trinity defeated Castle (Ind.) and Lake Central (Ind.) to cap a three-win week. The Shamrocks face FAB 50-ranked Louisville Collegiate this week.
13 (13) Milwaukee Marquette Milwaukee, WI 3-0-0
Luke Thew scored three goals in Marquette's 4-1 win over Madison West. Osvaldo Sanchez-Arellano scored twice in a 5-0 victory over Middleton.

Chaminade edged Christian Brothers in a shootout following a 1-1 match in a clash of St. Louis powers last week. Arthur DeCampos scored Chaminade's regulation goal.

Luke Greenberg scored a pair of goals as Springside Chestnut Hill opened the season with a 4-0 win over Academy of the New Church.
