The spring season is comprised of the following states: Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Georgia, Iowa, Nebraska, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, Washington and Wyoming. The rankings are compiled by high school rankings editor Sheldon Shealer.

Camas allowed its first goal of the year in a 5-1 win over Mountain View, but the Papermakers then responded with back-to-back shutout wins over Skyview and Battle Ground, reinforcing its position as a serious state title threat this spring.

Earlier in the season, James River defeated Cosby, which last week took down Deep Run, which beat Mills Godwin. That sequence of results has earned James River a spot in the Top 25 this week.
