The fall season includes the following states: California (fall), Connecticut, D.C., Idaho, Indiana, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, Vermont, Virginia (private), Washington, West Virginia.
The rankings are compiled by high school rankings editor Sheldon Shealer.

Montgomery traveled to Nevada over the weekend and promptly defeated defending state champ South Tahoe 3-0 and Carson 4-0. Virginia commit Taylor Ziemer had three goals and two assists. Montgomery has yet to allow a goal through four matches.

Jen Falconer scored the game-winner with six minutes remaining, assisted by Taylor Sneidman -- her second assist of the match, as Cumberland Valley edged defending state champion Neshaminy 4-3 in the season opener for both teams. The result ended Neshaminy's 25-match win streak.

Michigan commit Reilly Martin had a goal and one assist as Brebeuf Jesuit edged Guerin Catholic 3-2. Guerin was coming off a scoreless tie with FAB 50-ranked Carmel.
