The fall season includes the following states: Connecticut, D.C., Idaho, Indiana, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, Vermont, Virginia (private), Washington, West Virginia.

The rankings are compiled by high school rankings editor Sheldon Shealer.

Although Guerin was outshot 16-4, the Eagles found a way to edge Carmel 1-0 in a battle of state-ranked teams. Elle Vuotto scored the game-winner, assisted by Quincy McMahon. In the TopDrawerState rankings, Carmel entered the contest No. 3 in Indiana and Guerin was No. 7.
