Jesuit outscored its opponents 128-1, the lone goal allowed was in a 6-1 victory over Camas (Wash.), which is playing this week in the Washington 4A state semifinals. Jesuit won 15 of its matches by at least five goals. The team's lineup also includes Notre Dame commit Mary Votava, Washington commit Olivia Juarez and Whitworth commit Kaitlin Speer. |

Coach Steve Popp, who has a 292-62-41 in 20 years at Beavercreek and 397 all-time wins, received his first state title as the program's coach. Beavercreek held a 140-6 scoring margin in its 24 games. |

NOTES: Baylee DeSmit scored three goals while sophomore standout Aria Bilal and Tennessee commit Lily McCarthy added goals as McDonogh rolled to a 5-0 win over Archbishop Spalding in the IAAM A final. The result was surprising as both teams entered with identical records and had tied their regular season encounter. There is little doubt that McDonogh is among the best teams in the country this year. Deep, fast and so strong it allowed the team to move North Carolina commit and former forward Julia Dorsey to outside back to reinforce the lineup. McDonogh had key wins over Toledo Notre Dame (Ohio), Cumberland Valley (Pa.) and St. John's (D.C.) by a combined 12-2 margin. |

Valparaiso commit Kelsie James scored both goals in a game that Carmel dominated in every aspect except the scoreboard. Both teams converted penalty kicks in regulation before James tapped in the game-winner in the second overtime. The victory marked the 10th state title for Carmel. James, Western Kentucky commit Emily Speidel, Purdue commit Ashley Witucki, Mercer commit Elizabeth Hargis and sophomore keeper Erin Baker all received first-team all-district honors. Mississippi commit Elyse Reed was a second-team all-district selection. |
