Rank School Record
1 (2)

Southlake Carroll Southlake, TX 5-0-0
Sophomore Taylor Tufts, an Oklahoma commit, delivered five goals -- including a pair of match-winners -- and two assists as Southlake Carroll defeated Hendrickson, Boerne Champion and The Woodlands to go 3-0 at the Governor's Cup. A loss by former No. 1 Marcus allowed Carroll to inherit the top spot this week, a position it held for much of the 2015-16 campaign.
2 (7)

Highland Park University Park, TX 5-0-0
Highland Park has been simply rolling opponents, and the Lady Scots have scored at least five goals in every match this season. Freshman Presley Echols scored seven goals in three matches last week.
3 (12)

Coppell Coppell, TX 5-0-0
Coppell went 3-0 at the Governor's Cup with key wins over Round Rock and Grapevine. Those results came on the heels of a 2-0 showing at the National Elite Prep Showcase. The Cowgirls have yet to allow a goal. The team's lofty ranking will be tested right away this week as it faces SIMA FAB 50 No. 13 Byron Nelson on Tuesday.
4 (5)

St. Johns Country Day Orange Park, FL 18-0-0
St. Johns Country Day wrapped up a perfect regular season with a 9-1 mercy rule victory over Eastside last week. Alisa Detlefsen scored three goals and Abbey Newton added two. The Spartans are the top-ranked team in the Florida Times-Union Top 5 and are now riding a 37-match win streak and a 50-match undefeated streak.
5 Livermore Livermore, CA 10-0-1
Sisters Makenzie and Kamryn Farro scored the goals as Livermore stunned Carondelet 2-1 in a battle of undefeated teams. The win helps Livermore, which was unranked, jump into the SIMA FAB 50 Top 10 this week -- an appropriate move for an undefeated team that just knocked off the former state No. 1 team.
6 Plano Senior Plano, TX 4-0-1
Plano vaults into the Top 10 following a 3-0 showing at the Colleyville Heritage tournament that included wins over former SIMA FAB 50 No. 1 Marcus and Texas' Class 6A defending state champion Flower Mound.
7 (1)

Marcus Flower Mound, TX 5-1-0
Marcus was bounced from No. 1 following a 1-0 upset loss to SIMA FAB 50-ranked Plano. The Marauders, who have a win over Liberty (Calif.), will have plenty of chance to earn a higher ranking as it plays in a district with three other regionally ranked teams, including top-ranked Southlake Carroll and No. 14 Byron Nelson.
8 (4)

Brentwood Liberty Brentwood, CA 9-1-0
Robyn McCarthy scored in both outings as Liberty handled Deer Valley and Pittsburg last week. In each match, no player scored more than one goal.
9 (6)

American Heritage-Plantation Plantation, FL 15-0-0
American Heritage was idle last week.
10 (9)

Los Alamitos Los Alamitos, CA 17-1-3
Los Alamitos defeated Newport Harbor 3-0 in the team's only outing last week.
11 (10)

Oviedo Oviedo, FL 14-0-1
Oviedo appears to be hitting stride as the playoffs loom following a 6-1 win over Bishop Moore and an 8-0 thrashing of Lake Highlands Preps. The Lions are the top-ranked team in the Orlando Sentinel.
12 (11)

Boca Raton Boca Raton, FL 19-0-0
Dayana Martin scored twice as Boca Raton closed out a perfect regular season with a 3-0 win over Forest Hill.
13 (3)

Carondelet Concord, CA 11-1-0
Carondelet split a pair of high profile meetings last week with undefeated teams. The Cougars fell to Livermore 2-1 but defeated California 2-1 as Ellie Ospeck had a goal and one assist.
14 (13)

Byron Nelson Trophy Club, TX 3-0-1
Olenka Soko scored twice as Byron Nelson handled Waco Midway 6-0 last week.
15 Allen Allen, TX 5-0-1
Allen had wins over former SIMA FAB 50-ranked Nolan Catholic and defending state champ Flower Mound last week to vault into the Top 25. Locally, the team is listed as having a loss, but that was a scrimmage match since regular season play for UIL schools could not start until Jan. 5.
16 (14)

Melbourne Melbourne, FL 17-1-0
Lauren Bowden scored both goals as Melbourne defeated Satellite 2-0 in a battle of programs that have long dominated the Space Coast area. Although Satellite has fallen from the days when current National Team player Ashlyn Harris was minding the nets, Satellite remains a competitive team.
17 (17) Monte Vista Danville, CA 6-2-2
Monte Vista defeated San Ramon Valley and Amador Valley last week to remain near the top of the EBAL standings.
18 (18) St. Thomas Aquinas Fort Lauderdale, FL 15-1-2
Mary McCormick, Tara Hamilton and Macy Uustal each scored twice as St. Thomas Aquinas handled Flanagan 8-0 in a mercy rule-shortened match last week. The Raiders start postseason play this week.

22 (24)

JSerra San Juan Capistrano, CA 10-1-1
Isabella D'Aquila assisted both goals as JSerra avenged its only defeat with a 2-0 win over Santa Margarita. The Lions lost to Santa Margarita 5-1 in early December. They meet again on Jan. 31.
23 (22)

Santa Margarita Rancho Santa Margarita, CA 11-2-1
