NOTES: Montverde Academy closed out one of the most bizarre seasons in memory with a 4-0 win over regionally ranked Holy Names. The Eagles, which opted not to compete in the state tournament this year after winning back-to-back titles, played only three matches after Dec. 13 as seven teams canceled games against this state power. This year's team was led by Jamaican National Team player Jody Brown, who has committed to Florida State, and UCF commit Maria Tregansin. Montverde Academy's marquee win was a 3-2 decision over Bartram Trail. The playoff performances of the teams Montverde Academy defeated will go a long way in determining this team's final ranking. |

St. Agnes' only loss this season came to Marcus during the National Elite Prep Showcase in early January. The Tigers were led by a star-studded lineup that featured Texas A&M signee Lauren Geczik, Notre Dame commit Leah Klenke, Rice commit Kenna Sanders, among others. Freshman standout Jaide-Simone Prejean scored a pair of first-half goals against Nolan en route to a 4-0 halftime lead. Klenke also finished with two goals. |

| With nine NCAA Division I commits in the starting lineup, Santiago was the SIMA FAB 50 No. 6 team in the preseason. But a 2-5-3 start (losing four 1-0 matches) sent this team hurling out of the rankings. Fourteen straight wins later and Santiago is certainly one of the top teams in a loaded CIF Southern Section race. The Sharks next face top-ranked Upland for the section title. To reach the final, Santiago knocked off three-time defending champion JSerra 2-0 on goals by UC Santa Barbara commit Shaye Douglas and California signee Rilee Harmon. Keeper and Washington State commit Lynette Hernaez had two shutouts and assisted Harmon's match-clinching goals. |

While expectations were high for JSerra entering the season, losing two key players to injury tempered thoughts of a FAB 50 title repeat. JSerra had key wins over Harvard-Westlake, Edison and Los Alamitos in the playoffs.

This year, JSerra knocked out Los Alamitos in the sectional quarterfinals, 2-0. The Griffins had a strong showing in 2019-20, led by Pepperdine commit Tabitha LaParl, Santa Clara commit Colby Barnett and Colorado signee Jayden Newkirk. The highlight win for the Griffins was a 4-0 decision over Archbishop McCarthy (Fla.) during a tournament in California. The Griffins had a 1-0 win over Santiago in the regular sason and both key wins over Villa Park and Cathedral Catholic. |
