The TopDrawerSoccer Winter All-America teams are selected from the 88 regional honorees and are compiled by TopDrawerSoccer with consultation with coaches and media members from around the country. Players from all seven winter-playing soccer states are eligible for consideration.

TOPDRAWERSOCCER FIRST TEAM WINTER ALL-AMERICA

FORWARDS

Jody Brown, Montverde Academy (Montverde, Fla.), Sr.

The Florida State signee and Jamaican National Team member guided Montverde Academy to a second straight undefeated season and a first-ever SIMA FAB 50 Winter No. 1 ranking. During Brown's tenure at Montverde, she never lost a match -- a run of 37-0. This year's squad went 12-0 after seven scheduled opponents canceled games against the Eagles. Brown finished with 58 goals and 14 assists for her high school career. Brown is the No. 93 prospect in the Class of 2020 IMG Academy 150.  

Presley Echols, Highland Park (Dallas, Texas), Sr.

The Texas signee was named the Dallas Morning News Player of the Year for the second straight season after scoring 44 goals and adding 26 assists in a shortened high school season. Echols helped Highland Park to a 19-2 season when play as halted due to the COVID-19 pandemic. During her four-year varsity career, Highland Park went 97-4-4 and she scored a school-record 158 goals while playing 101 matches. She broke the school record previously held by Meredith Florence, who went on to win three NCAA titles with North Carolina. Echols is the No. 155 prospect in the Class of 2020 IMG Academy 150. 

Lauren Geczik, St. Agnes Academy (Houston, Texas), Sr.

The Texas A&M signee helped St. Agnes end a 30-year run of Dallas-area TAPPS Division I champions by leading the Houston power to a stunning one-sided state title victory over Nolan Catholic. Geczik scored 50 goals and had 25 assists as St. Agnes finished 22-1 and No. 9 in the final SIMA Winter FAB 50. She was named the All-Greater Houston Private School Player of the Year. Geczik is the No. 71 prospect in the Class of 2020 IMG Academy 150. 

Jillian Martinez, Madison (San Antonio, Texas), Sr.

The UCLA signee was named to the San Antonio News-Express first team following a 39-goal senior campaign. Martinez, who was returning to high school play this past winter, helped San Antonio Madison to a 20-1 showing when the COVID-19 pandemic brought high school play to a halt in Texas. She is the No. 40 prospect in the Class of 2020 IMG Academy 150. 

MIDFIELDERS

Julia Leontini, Monte Vista (Danville, Calif.), Sr.

The Stanford signee was named the East Bay Athletic League MVP and was a Prep2Prep North Coast Section first-team pick. Leontini had 10 goals and nine assists and was an active part of Monte Vista's defense. Monte Vista finished No. 23 in the Winter SIMA FAB 50. Leontini is the No. 122 prospect in the Class of 2020 IMG Academy 150. 

Kelsey Hranicky, Houston Memorial (Houston, Texas), Sr.

The Texas signee was an All-Greater Houston first-team selection. Hranicky rolled up 37 goals and 28 assists while leading Houston Memorial to a 20-1 season. Houston Memorial was ranked No. 31 in the SIMA Winter FAB 50 when its season was brought to an end by the COVID-19 outbreak. Hranicky is the No. 56 prospect in the Class of 2020 IMG Academy 150. 

Isabel Loza, La Mirada (Calif.), Sr. 

The UCLA signee was the Long Beach Telegram Dream Team Player of the Year and the San Gabriel Vall Co-Player of the Year. She also earned CIF Southern Section Division 2 first-team honors while leading the team to the section semifinals and regional final. She finished with 20 goals and 11 assists. Loza, a recent U18 Youth National Team player, is the No. 57 prospect in the Class of 2020 IMG Academy 150. 

Grace Watkins, Mira Costa (Calif.), Sr.

The Duke signee was the CIF Southern Section Division 2 Player of the Year after leading Mira Costa to a section title and the SoCal Division I semifinals, where it lost to powerhouse JSerra. She also was named the Daily Breeze Player of the Year for the second straight season. Watkins, a U.S. U18 Youth National Team player, had 28 goals and 11 assists, despite missing some time to represent the U.S. at the Tricontinetal Cup. Watkins is the No. 19 prospect in the Class of 2020 IMG Academy 150. 

Marin Whieldon, Upland (Calif.), Sr.

The Washington State signee was the CIF Southern Section Division 1 Co-Player of the Year after leading Upland to the SoCal Division I title after a section runner-up finish. Whieldon also claimed the Sun/Bulletin Player of the Year honors. She scored 21 goals, added 17 assists and helped a defense that allowed only three goals during the regular season. Whieldon is the No. 48 prospect in the Class of 2020 IMG Academy 150. 

DEFENDERS

Kendyll Fritts, JSerra (San Juan Capistrano, Calif.), Sr.

The Colorado signee was a CIF Southern Section Division 1 first-team selection and Orange County player of the year candidate. Fritts also earned co-MVP honors in the Trinity League. She is the No. 126 prospect in the Class of 2020 IMG Academy 150.

Briley Weatherford, Hebron (Texas), Sr.

The Texas Tech signee played both as a defender and forward for Hebron. Hebron finished No. 13 in the final TopDrawerSoccer Texas-North rankings. Weatherford had 17 goals and nine assists. She is the No. 136 prospect in the Class of 2020 IMG Academy 150.  

GOALKEEPER

Lauren Kellett, Coppell (Texas), Sr.

The TCU signee was a Dallas Morning News first-team all-area selection. She had nine shutouts as Coppell held the SIMA Winter FAB 50 No. 20 position when the season was halted due to the COVID-19 outbreak. Kellett is the No. 88 prospect in the Class of 2020 IMG Academy 150.  

COACH OF THE YEAR

Bo Whieldon, Upland (Calif.)  

One of the most consistent girls programs over the past decade has been Upland. This year Whieldon's team, led by his daughter Marin, nearly delivered perfect season in the ultra-competitive CIF Southern Section. Upland finished 29-1 and the only blemish was a shootout loss in the CIF Southern Section Division 1 final. The team then ran through the SoCal Regional, beating perennial San Diego powers Carlsbad and Cathedral Catholic before pulling out a 3-2 victory over defending region and FAB 50 champ JSerra in the final. In 13 seasons as head coach at Upland, Whieldon has a 193-53-40 record. Over the past three seasons, Upland is 70-4-3.
