Here is a shocking development – there is an LA Galaxy Academy team with a very strong roster. Former Chivas USA assistant coach Greg Vanney is coaching the Galaxy U14 squad this season, and he has an impressive roster to help him out. U.S. U14 Boys National Team members Ateno Akeakwa, Milan Iloski, Eric Lopez, Jose Ortiz, and Jesus Nunez make up the core of the group. Hanif Wright, the younger brother of U.S. U17 Men’s National Team forward Haji Wright, is another player looking to leave his mark with Galaxy.
