U17 MNT roster for South Korea trip

The U.S. U17 Men's National Team is headed to the World Cup this year. As preparion for the big event, the U17s are headed to the Suwon Continental Cup in South Korea. The U.S. will take on Korea (June 10), Brazil (June 12), and Nigeria (June 14) as part of the event. Prior to the trip, Richie Williams' group is head to the National Training Center in Carson, California for a training camp from June 2 to June 5. 

A source close to the team provided TopDrawerSoccer with a look at the roster. This is a preliminary roster as changes can be made before the training camp begins. 

Update (June 4): The trip to South Korea has been canceled due to the outbreak of MERS (Middle East Respiratory Syndrome), multiple sources told TDS this week. Instead, the U.S. will remain in Los Angeles until June 14 for a camp at the National Training Center. The national team will have scrimmages on three days of the camp including two games on Saturday against US Open Cup darlings PSA Elite.

Goalkeepers (3): Eric Lopez, Will Pulisic, Kevin Silva,

Defenders (9): Tyler Adams, Hugo Arellano, Daniel Barbir, Tanner Dieterich, John Nelson, Matt Olosunde, Logan Panchot, Auston Trusty, Alexis Velela

Midfielders (5): George Braima, Eric Calvillo, Luca de la Torre, Terrell Lowe, Joshua Perez

Forwards (5): Pierre da Silva, Lucas del Rosario, McKinze Gaines, Joe Gallardo, Brandon Vasquez 

Update: Luka Prpa replaced Braima on the roster.
