North Carolina has moved to the top spot of the TopDrawerSoccer.com Women's Tournament 64 National Ranking following it's impressive 3-0 win over Texas A&M in the season's opening weekend.

The Tar Heels move to #1 ahead of Stanford, which played #5 Boston College to a 1-1 draw and then defeated Boston University 2-1. The Cardinal are now listed #2 with UCLA, Notre Dame and Boston College following.

The ranking is a running effort to project the 64-team NCAA Tournament field, including all automatic conference and at-large bids to the field. It is updated every Monday through the season. See it here.
