GIRLS

* F SaraJayne Affleck, Aliso Niguel (Aliso Viejo, Calif.), So.: There's no rest for some of the elite. Affleck helped Aliso Niguel to the section quarterfinals last week. This week, she's be playing for the Cal-South 2000s in the US Youth Soccer ODP National Championships. Affleck was among the leading goal scorers for Aliso Niguel, which went 20-2-1.

* F Madison Alloway, Pleasant Valley (Chico, Calif.), Sr.: Alloway's final high school goal -- the 126th of her career -- was a penalty kick that launched Pleasant Valley's 2-0 victory over Chico in the Northern Section Division I final. For Alloway and her teammates, it was the fitting end for a trying season. Pleasant Valley's head coach, Brett Silva, died as a result of injuries sustained in a car crash, just after midseason. Pleasant Valley regrouped under interim coach Eric Snedeker and won its final nine matches after the incident.

* F Devyn Gilfoy, [Liberty ca-w] (Brentwood, Calif.), Sr.: Gilfoy closed out a stellar high school season, scoring twice and assisting on a goal, all in a five-minute span, to help Liberty rallied past Carondelet (Concord, Calif.) 3-2 in the CIF North Coast Section Division I final. Gilfoy has signed with Pepperdine.

* F Sophia Serafin, Bishop Amat (La Puente, Calif.), Sr.: Serafin unleashed six goals in Bishop Amat's 8-1 win over previous nationally ranked Chaminade in a playoff game. Serafin, who has signed with Stanford, also had an assist.

* F Rachel Wasserman, Highland Park (Texas), Jr.: The Penn State commit scored four goals last week as Highland Park pushed its record to 16-0. The perfect mark allowed the Lady Scots to move into No. 1 in this week's SIMA FAB 50.

NOTE: The fall All-America watch list includes only players from high school teams that compete during the fall season. The Winter All-America watch list was released in November and includes players from the seven winter-playing states, and the Spring All-America watch was released in February.
