CSI 2014 - COLLEGE SOCCER ID CAMP
Most of your life right now is probably focused on making lists: homework, chores, FaceBook friends and fantasy team stats, but realistically, the most important list involves prioritizing where you want to be in the near future. If your future plans involve collegiate soccer, most likely at the top of that list is the desire to play at the next level and making the right decisions to get you there.
At the College Soccer ID Camp (CSI), world-renown clinicians and coaches from more than 12 different NCAA colleges have created an experience proven to be effective in enhancing the recruiting process for rising freshmen, sophomore, junior and senior high school boys interested in collegiate athletics.
THE RIGHT ENVIRONMENT
The best players and coaches, both collegiate and professional, will tell you that being a part of the right environment is perhaps the most important factor in providing for consistent individual and team success. There is no shortage of clubs, academies, clinics, DVDs, websites, books, personal trainers and camps, all claiming to prepare you for next level, but at CSI camps, we put you in the environment of the next level.
THE CSI APPROACH
To that end, our training sessions, team talks, and game preparation come straight from what we do every day in our programs. Our carefully-selected coaches, range in age and experience, and not only have proven success at the college level, but also have shown themselves to excel at identifying, evaluating, developing young players.
CSI features small training groups, so that each player will come away with much more intentional instruction and individual evaluation to help assess the player's potential. At the same time, our daily schedule features presentations by master clinicians, like Jeff Tipping, whose knowledge and network base is connected to top soccer organizations, home and abroad, collegiate, professional and on the national team level.
MORE CAMPS; SAME EXPERIENCE
The 2013 CSI camp at Muhlenberg was a huge success and early indications are the camp will sell out this year. The CSI Camp at Muhlenberg will be capped, featuring a player-to-college-coach ratio of about 9:1, and in most cases 2 college coaches per training group.
After CSI, the camper will have a good feel for what type of college soccer program he would be best suited. The camp will be challenging, with a lot of competition, however, we will also create an enjoyable camp atmosphere, one that will help prepare and provide vital knowledge for the developing player.
