2018 Girls Regional Rankings update
Following the release of the IMG Academy Top 150 Girls Soccer Players for the class of 2018 on Monday, TopDrawerSoccer unveiled the regional rankings on Thursday. The regional rankings are a collection of the best players from every corner of the United States. Each region’s list is assembled with the help of coaches and scouts from across the country. The TopDrawerSoccer staff has the final say in the placement and rating and each player.
Girls 2018 Regional Rankings: New Jersey | Great Lakes | South Atlantic
Abbey Newton made the biggest move in the Florida region with this update. Newton moved up from No. 16 to No. 5 in the regional rankings. The LSU commit has been a standout at the club and high school level this year.
Sydney Collins jumps up in the regional rankings in the Pacific Northwest for the girls class of 2018. Collins, a California commit, was another standout at the high school and club level this past season. She is the top defender in her region.
Kristina Lynch jumps up the ranking in the Great Lakes region for the girls class of 2018. Lynch, a Florida State commit, is one of the top forwards from the region and a standout for the Indiana Fire Academy.
The next update for the player rankings will be on Monday with the IMG Academy Top 150 Boys Soccer Players for the class of 2019.
