Where does each state around the United States stand on its return to play guidelines?

Below are the most recent guidelines posted from each state's youth soccer association.

State

Alabama: Guidelines were most recently updated on August 6.

Alaska: All COVID-19 related resources have been posted here.

Arizona: Complete Return to play guidelines were updated in August.

Arkansas: The most recent guidelines were updated at the beginning of August.

California: Cal North guidelines and Cal South guidelines.

Colorado: Colorado Soccer Association has put out limited guidelines after soccer camps were allowed to restart.

Connecticut: As of July 18, the state was in Phase Three, which is detailed here.

Delaware: The four phases are adopted here.

Florida: Guidelines were most recently updated in June.

Georgia: The latest guidelines and resources for Georgia are available here.

Hawaii: Return to play resources are available here.

Idaho: A COVID-19 resource page was last updated in May.

Illinois: New guidelines go into effect on August 15 for a safe return to play.

Indiana: Stage Four details were last updated on June 10.

Iowa: The state moved to Phase Four on August 8.

Kansas: The most recent information from the state association was posted in April.

Kentucky: Full guidelines are available on the state association's website.

Louisiana: The state remains in Phase Two, limiting practice and training opportunities. Its full list of COVID-19 resources is here.

Maine: Soccer Maine released its four phases of guidelines earlier in the summer.

Maryland: Guidelines were most recently updated at the end of July.

Massachusetts: Soccer activities were allowed to resume back on June 15.

Michigan: Complete and updated Return to Training guidelines were updated on August 8.

Minnesota: The fall season is expected to start on August 29, following the proper guidelines.

Mississippi: Phase Three began on August 1.

Missouri: The state association's current guidelines were put into place on June 16.

Montana: Programming will be reinstated on August 22.

Nebraska: Return to play guidelines are available from the state association.

Nevada: Currently in Phase One.

New Hampshire: Last updated guidelines were announced on July 6.

New Jersey: The most recent guidelines were put out in June.

New Mexico: Guidelines last updated on July 15.

New York: Guidelines have been posted by Eastern NY and Western NY.

North Carolina: The state remains in phase two until at least September 11. The latest guidelines were posted in the summer.

North Dakota: None uploaded.

Ohio: Ohio South and Ohio North have released updated guidelines.

Oklahoma: The guidelines were last updated in May.

Oregon: Return to play guidelines are available and updated on a single landing page.

Pennsylvania: Despite the governor recommending the continued suspension of youth sports, Eastern PA youth soccer association continues to sanction training and games. Western PA is in Phase Four.

Rhode Island: The state remains in Phase Three until August 28.

South Carolina: Phase Three started on August 1.

South Dakota: Return to Play guidelines for Phase Three were posted on August 11.

Tennessee: The most recent guidelines were announced on July 28.

Texas: Return to Play guidelines are available from North Texas and South Texas.

Utah: Return to Play guidelines.

Vermont: Latest update was released on June 15.

Virginia: The most recent update was released for July 1.

Washington: Games are allowed in Phase 3 provided all guidelines are followed.

West Virginia: A phased return to play began on June 8. Latest update came on August 10.

Wisconsin: The most recent return to play came on July 29.

Wyoming: Return to play guidelines are available here.
