Pulisic's game on 'another level'
Christian Pulisic’s game is on ‘another level’ now according to his club coach Frank Lampard.
The Chelsea coach was back singing Pulisic’s positives after a win on Tuesday at Crystal Palace.
Pulisic scored the second goal in the 3-2 victory for Chelsea. It was his eighth goal of the Premier League season and his third since the league returned to play following the break for the COVID-19 outbreak.
"Earlier on in the season, at the start, he came here, difficult conditions in terms of [he] hadn't really had a break early in the season, but he started to play really well for us, and now he's moved his game on another level, not just in how he's going by people but real end product,” Lampard told reporters after the game. "Look around at the top attacking players in the world, and they score goals regularly to win games, and at the moment, he's doing that, so I'm delighted with him.”

Pulisic scored six of his eight goals away from home, which is the most scored by an American in a Premier League season, according to OptaJack. The American’s success in his debut season is draw comparison to some heavy names, as Sky Sports compared Pulisic’s first campaign to Eden Hazard’s debut.
Christian Pulisic's first season at Chelsea vs Eden Hazard's:
Pulisic 2019-20
8 PL goals, 178 mins per goal
143 mins per goal or assist
3.1 successful dribbles per 90
Hazard 2012-13
9 PL goals, 293 mins per goal
132 mins per goal or assist
2.1 successful dribbles per 90

There is still quite a bit of season left for Pulisic to add to that tally. Chelsea has four more games in the Premier League. The Blues are in third place - one ahead of Leicester City and six behind Manchester City.
Chelsea is also still in the FA Cup with a semifinal tilt coming up against Manchester United on July 19.
Pulisic and Chelsea still has a second leg of the Round of 16 Champions League bout against Bayern Munich upcoming in August as well.
Lampard is hoping Pulisic can keep up his run of form over the next six weeks, as he told reporters before Tuesday’s game that the American is one of the first names on the team sheet for him.
