Virginia signee Lucas Mendes and Noah Goodkind scored the goals as Washington-Lee defeated Jefferson 2-0 in its only outing last week.
3 (3) Oak Mountain Birmingham, AL 26-0-2
Kennedy Davis scored the lone goal in the second half as Oak Mountain advanced to the state semifinals with a 1-0 win over Vestavia Hills. Oak Mountain will be making its sixth straight semifinal appearance.
4 (4) First Colonial Virginia Beach, VA 11-0-0
Davidson signee Jaylen Thompson and Ian Roberts each scored a goal in both of the team's victories last week. First Colonial has a big clash with SIMA FAB 50-ranked Ocean Lakes this week.

Marcelo Malpartida netted his first goal of the year to carry River Bluff to a 1-0 victory over Wando and into what amounts to the South Carolina state semifinals. The victory also avenges the lone defeat for River Bluff, which lost to Wando 3-1 three weeks ago.

Fabian Abarca scored the lone goal as Johnson defeated Southeast Whitfield 1-0 to advance to this week's Class AAAA state semifinals. If Johnson wins the title, it could be in line to jump higher in the Top 25 given Southeast Whitfield played No. 12 Houston (Tenn.) to a tie earlier this season. Abarca has 42 goals this year.

Snohomish defeated Cascade 2-0 last week and turns around to play the same team against this week in the district playoffs.

Bishop England rolled up 25 goals in three playoff wins last week, capped by a 2-0 victory over Waccamaw. The Battling Bishops face Academic magnet in the Lower State Final, which is basically a state semifinal contest.

NOTES: Wando's season ended with a 1-0 playoff loss to River Bluff, a team it defeated three weeks earlier. Wando's other setback was to Class AA power Bishop England, another team Wando defeated earlier in the season. Wando's other marquee victory was a 1-0 decision over Parkview (Ga.).

Boyd-Buchanan pulled off the surprise of the week as David Ingram netted all three goals as the team stunned McCallie 3-2 despite getting drastically outshot.
