NOTES: Charleston signee Charlie Marino gave Wando a lead two minutes into the final and Alex Holloman netted the game-winner as Wando defeated Nation Ford 2-1 in the state final to secure a second straight perfect season and second straight FAB 50 national title. Wando has won 55 straight matches. This year's squad defeated opponents from four states, which included a 3-0 showing at the Southern Coast Cup in Alabama where it pinned the only regular season loss on Christian Brothers (Tenn.). Coach Shilo Tisdale has a career record of 298-31-2.

Season Complete. Oklahoma Class 6A state champion.
School Facts: Public, 3,500 students, grades 10-12.
NOTES: Ruben Torres, Rylan Franca, Ruben Carrasco and Cooper McCombs scored the goals as Union capped a perfect season with a 4-0 win over rival Jenks in the state final. The win marked Union's fifth state title, but first since 2007, and it came under first-year head coach Michael Wilson. Union's perfect season included a 3-0 showing at the Smoky Mountain Cup in Tennessee in April.

School Facts: Private, 1,875 students, grades K-12 (800+ in 9-12).
NOTES: Junior Danny DeSouza scored with three minutes left to lift Westminster to a 1-0 victory over Calhoun in the state final, capping an undefeated season. The victory marked Westminster's 13th title overall and second in a row. During the regular season, Westminster defeated eventual AAAAAA champ Chattahoochee, Tennessee Division II-AA champ Baylor (Tenn.), Alabama 7A runner-up Vestavia Hills, Alabama 6A runner-up Fort Payne and Oklahoma 6A semifinalist Edmond North. The lone blemish was a draw at the Southern Coast Cup against Oklahoma 6A semifinalist Norman North.

Albemarle Charlottesville, VA 20-0-1*
Season Complete. Virginia Class 5 state champion.
School Facts: Public, 1,975 students, grades 9-12.
NOTES: Goalkeeper Thomas Leckrone stopped all three PKs he faced in the shootout as Albemarle edged Deep Run following a 3-3 state final match. The win gave the program its second title in three seasons. Juniors Daniel Starr, who is committed to Virginia Tech, and Brandon Mahon combined for 53 goals. Senior midfielder and team captain Andrew Weber is headed to Virginia Tech as an invited walk-on.

Deep Run Glen Allen, VA 19-2-0*
Season Complete. Virginia Class 5 state runner-up.
School Facts: Public, 1,750 students, grades 9-12.
NOTES: Deep Run had leads of 2-1 and 3-2, but ended in a 3-3 match with Albemarle before losing in the shootout 3-0 in the minimum number of kicks possible. Deep Run was both the region and state runner-up. The team's other loss was to Mills Godwin, a team it also defeated three times, including in the state semifinals. Deep Run also posted an early season win over eventual Class 6 champion Cosby. Randolph-Macon commit Tyler Schardein led the team in goals and assists. Five of the next six top scorers for Deep Run are juniors.

School Facts: Public, 1,150 students, grades 9-12.
NOTES: Eric Hepp scored twice and Homewood rolled to a 3-0 win over Fort Payne in the state final. The teams tied earlier in the season. Homewood has won five state titles, the most recent in 2014 before this season.

Season Complete. Washington Class 2A state champion.
School Facts: Public, 1,210 students, grades 9-12.
NOTES: Senior Jack Kolosvary scored both goals as Columbia River capped a perfect season with a 2-0 win over Burlington-Edison in the state final. Columbia River, which had never before won a state final, delivered a 23-0 season with 15 shutouts and never were even pushed to overtime.

School Facts: Public, 2,075 students, grades 9-12.
NOTES: Patrick Pikunas and Dylan McCarty scored the goals as Cosby completed a strong end-of-season running with a 2-1 state final victory over previously undefeated Oakton. Cosby was a clear No. 3 team in Richmond after losing all three matches to James River and Deep Run. In the postseason, Cosby defeated James River in the regional playoffs before making a run to a title. The defensively strong Titans were led by junior Damani Osei, who has played for Jamaica's Under-17 National Team.

School Facts: Public, 2,450 students, grades 9-12.
NOTES: Oakton fell behind 2-0 and could not recover in a 2-1 state final loss to Cosby, ending an undefeated season. Oakton's lone goal was scored by Notre Dame signee Bryan Silver. Oakton, which finished No. 1 in The Washington Post Top 10, had key postseason wins over FAB 50-ranked Stuart and South Lakes.

School Facts: Private, 800 students, grades 9-12.
NOTES: Patrick Urey scored the game-tying goal on a header in overtime and converted the game-winning penalty kick as Baylor School upended McCallie in the state final after a 2-2 match. Urey, who is 6-feet-6, has signed with Mercer for basketball. Baylor handed McCallie its only two defeats this season.

School Facts: Private, all-boys, 915 students, grades 6-12.
NOTES: Ben Brock scored the first goal and Jordan Morris scored in overtime, both giving McCallie leads, but the team lost to Baylor School in a shootout following a 2-2 match where 11 yellow cards were dished out. McCallie's only losses this year were to Baylor School. McCallie had wins over eventual AAA state champion Station Camp, Oklahoma 4A champ Fort Gibson and South Carolina 5A quarterfinalist J.L. Mann.

School Facts: Public, 1,025 students, grades 9-12.
NOTES: Natividad Perez scored all four goals as Berea held off Bishop England for a second straight state title and second straight undefeated season. The Bulldogs carry a 44-match undefeated streak (43-0-1) in the 2019 season. Perez scored three goals in the first half, but when Bishop England pulled within 3-2, he netted a back-breaker in the 76th minute.

School Facts: Public, 1,550 students, grades 9-12.
NOTES: Station Camp became only the fifth team to repeat as state champions in Tennessee's large-school bracket, this time putting on a clinic in a 3-0 win over Blackman. Josh Street (from Donovan Smith), Cade MacLean (from Riley Indermuehle) and Spencer Miller (from Smith) netted the goals in the final.

School Facts: Public, 1,950 students, grades 9-12.
NOTES: Ryan Kapper's overtime goal lifted Chattahoochee to a second straight state title, this one coming in a 2-1 decision over nationally ranked Cambridge. Sammy Viada gave Chattahoochee a 1-0 lead. Cambridge tied the match in the final minute of regulation. The result resulted an earlier 3-1 win by Cambridge during the regular season. The Cougars also twice defeated nationally ranked Alpharetta and tied nationally ranked Walton.

School Facts: Public, 1,715 students, grades 9-12.
NOTES: Josh Chestnut scored on a header in the closing minutes to lift Garfield to a 2-1 state final over Roosevelt, which was bidding for a second straight title. Roosevelt won the regular-season meeting between these Metro League rivals which secured the league title. Garfield won the 3A Metro postseason tournament, and two weeks later won the state final. Roosevelt led until 12 minutes remained as Tommy Tolgu scored the game-tying goal to set up Chestnut's 78th minute winner.

NOTES: Defender Ivan Ceja scored in the fourth minute over overtime to lift Pasco to a 1-0 state final win over Skyline.

School Facts: Public, 1,200 students, grades 9-12.
NOTES: With an underclass-dominated lineup, Grafton rolled to a 6-0 win over Grafton in the state final. The victory marked the 13th state title for this longtime state power and ended a four-year run of state runner-up finishes. Kade Wheeler, a junior, scored twice in the final.

School Facts: Public, 1,950 students, grades 9-12.
NOTES: Alpharetta's season ended with a 2-1 loss to Chattahoochee. En route to the state semifinals, Alpharetta defeated Dalton and Glynn Academy. During the regular season, the Raiders pinned the only regular-season loss on Cambridge.

NOTES: Cambridge's season ended with a 2-1 loss to Chattahoochee in the state final. Cambridge had regular season wins over eventual AAAAAAA state champ Lambert, Clarkston and beat Chattahoochee in the first meeting. The Bear's only regular season loss was to Alpharetta.

School Facts: Public, 1,450 students, grades 9-12.
NOTES: Carson Schwarz scored the lone goal as Kearney stunned Westside 1-0 in the Nebraska state final, earning this school a first-ever Class A title. The Bearcats earned the title the hard way, beating the No. 4 seed in the quarterfinal, No. 1 in the semifinals and No. 2 in the final. Keeper Jacob Hardy recorded the shutout, the 32nd in the career for the junior. Fellow junior Royce Austen led the team in the postseason with five goals and three assists.

School Facts: Public, 800 students, grades 9-12.
NOTES: After avenging the team's only defeat in the state semifinals, George Mason capped the season with a 3-0 victory over Giles in the state final. The result marked George Mason's fifth title in the past six years. Carlos Mercado, Declan Quill and Zorhan Boston scored the goals in the final and keeper Ethan Morse came up big to preserve the shutout. In the semifinals, George Mason defeated previously undefeated Lee 2-0. During the season, George Mason posted an impressive victory over eventual Tennessee Class AA champ and Top 25-ranked Greeneville.

School Facts: Public, 750 students, grades 9-12.
NOTES: Lee delivered an amazing season, outscoring its opponents 180-1 until losing to George Mason 2-0 in the state semifinals. A week earlier, Lee had defeated George Mason 3-0. The team was led by Virginia Tech signee Kyle Stenzel.

School Facts: Public, 1,550 students, grades 9-12.
NOTES: After three lightning delays that added another two hours to the event, Greeneville repeated as state champions with a 3-0 victory over Loudon. Ryan Thompson, Devin Vital and his twin brother, J.P. Vital, scored the goals for the Greene Devils. One of Greeneville's losses was to George Mason (Va.) at the Smoky Mountain Cup.
