Denver commit Andre Shinyashiki scored the match-winning goal and was named tournament MVP after scoring five goals in three matches. Defensive midfielder Matius Silva has committed to Saint Louis,. Forward Lucas Fagotti has committed to St. John's. Defender Jabari Newton has committed to Memphis.

Rivera continued to dominate local play, beating Harlingen 7-0 and Veterans Memorial 3-0 last week. This week, the Raiders clash with SIMA FAB 50-ranked Lopez.

Even without leading scorer J.T. Arruda, Buchanan won a pair of matches to take control of the Tri-Rivers league standings.
