FAB 50 High School Soccer Team Rankings

The fall season includes the following states: California (fall sections only), Connecticut, D.C., Idaho, Indiana, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, Vermont, Virginia (private), Washington, West Virginia.

The rankings are compiled by high school rankings editor Sheldon Shealer.

Claudia Dipasupil and Julia Pash scored the goals as Northern Highlands defeated SIMA FAB 50-ranked Immaculate Heart Academy 2-0 in the Bergen County final.
2 (2) McDonogh School Owings Mills, MD 12-0-0*
Season Complete. Interscholastic Athletic Association of Maryland A Conference Champion.
School Facts: Private, 1,350 students, grades K-12.
NOTES: North Carolina State commit Kia Rankin scored twice to spark McDonogh to a 4-0 victory over Notre Dame Prep in the IAAM final, running the team's win streak to 34 matches. The Eagles averaged 6.6 goals per match. McDonogh's key wins were over Magnificat (Ohio), Immaculate Heart Academy (N.J.) and Pennington School (N.J.) -- all teams that have appeared in the SIMA FAB 50 -- by a combined 16-2 margin. North Carolina commit Bridgette Andrzejewski finished her high school career with 99 goals. Senior keeper Lindsey Clark, a Campbell commit, anchored the defense that allowed five goals on the season.

Season Complete. Utah Class 5A state champion.
School Facts: Public, 2,375 students, grades 10-12.
NOTES: Junior midfielder and BYU commit Mikayla Colohan scored on an assist from sophomore and fellow BYU commit Olivia Wade as Davis capped a perfect season with a 1-0 state final win over Weber. The win marked a second straight state title for Davis and ran the program's win streak to 24 matches.
4 (4) Walsh Jesuit Cuyahoga Falls, OH 17-0-1
Morehead State commit Katie Quinn and Wake Forest commit Sofia Rossi each scored twice as Walsh Jesuit rallied for a 4-1 district final win over state-ranked Hudson.
5 (5) Cumberland Valley Mechanicsburg, PA 21-0-0
Sam Perry scored early and North Carolina commit Rachael Dorwart added a goal late as Cumberland Valley defeated Elizabethtown 2-0 to advance to this week's PIAA District 3-AAA semifinals.
6 (6) Houston Germantown, TN 22-0-0*
Season Complete. Tennessee Class AAA state champion.
School Facts: Public, 1,785 students, grades 9-12.
NOTES: Jenna Kemp, Paola Ellis and Jillian Hildreth netted the goals as Houston's depth was on full display in a one-sided, 3-0 win over Clarksville in a rematch of last year's state final. The win marked the seventh state title for Houston. Senior Gabby Little and Ellis, a junior, have committed to Ole Miss. Seniors Taylor White, a defender, and Mary Parker Powell, a goalkeeper, are bound for Austin Peay. Senior Anna Dellarosa has committed to Christian Brothers University.
7 (7) Maria Carrillo Santa Rosa, CA 17-2-0
Sydney Rickert and Kelsi Avana scored the goals as Maria Carrillo defeated Montgomery 2-0 last week in a playoff seeding contest. The teams are likely to meet for a fourth time this season in the section playoffs.
8 (8) Somers Lincolndale, NY 19-0-0
Vanderbilt commit Hannon Eberts scored both goals as Somers defeated rival Pearl River 2-0 in the section final.
9 (9) Glastonbury Glastonbury, CT 16-0-0
Glastonbury defeated Southington and Simsbury last week to stay perfect.
10 (10) St. Joseph Trumbull, CT 17-0-0
Jenna Bike scored the lone goal on a penalty kick as St. Joseph edged Staples 1-0 to stay perfect on the season.
11 (11) Ridge Basking Ridge, NJ 18-0-0
Chrissy Weyrauch scored in the second overtime to lift Ridge to a 1-0 victory over Bridgewater-Raritan in the Somerset County final.
12 (12) Colts Neck Colts Neck, NJ 18-0-1
Penn State commit Frankie Tagliaferri scored the lone goal as Colts Neck defeated Freehold Township 1-0 for the Shore Conference title.

Perrysburg Perrysburg, OH 17-0-1
Josie Fowler had a goal and one assist as Perrysburg won the district title in resounding fashion, a 4-0 victory over Clay.

Medina Medina, OH 16-0-3
Four players scored as Medina built a 4-0 lead before settling on a 4-1 win over Brunswick for the district title. The goal allowed marked the first time a team had scored on Medina since September.

Whitman-Hanson Whitman, MA 18-0-0
Taylor Robinson delivered a pair of two-goal performances as Whitman-Hanson won three matches last week. After easy wins over Quincy and North Quincy, Whitman-Hanson needed a last-minute Rachel Kelly goal to secure a 2-1 win over Scituate. Lauren Bonavita had a goal in each match.

Central Bucks East Doylestown, PA 19-0-1
Emma Loving and Megan Mannato scored the goals to lift Central Bucks East to a 2-1 victory over Central Bucks South in a District 1-AAA quarterfinal.

Gabriela Prieto assisted on three of the team's four goals last week as Commack posted a pair of 2-0 wins.

Brebeuf Jesuit Indianapolis, IN 22-2-1*
Season Complete. Indiana Class 2A state champion.
School Facts: Private, 800 students, grades 9-12.
NOTES: Audrey Heile scored the game-winning goal with five minutes left as Brebeuf Jesuit rallied for a 2-1 victory over Penn in the state final. The Braves fell behind 1-0 a minute into the match before Hallie Pearson, with an assist from Michigan commit Alia Martin, tied the match midway through the second half.

Montgomery fell to Maria Carrillo for the second time this year. The Vikings are likely to get one more crack at Maria Carrillo in the upcoming section tournament.

Summit opened postseason play with a 3-0 win over Mountain View. The Storm has 13 shutouts in 14 matches.

Northport has won three straight 1-0 matches and Leah Dentale has delivered the game-winning goal in each of those contests.

Eastern Voorhees, NJ 19-1-1
Rutgers commit Amirah Ali netted the only goal as Eastern edged Shawnee 1-0 in the South Jersey Coaches Tournament final.

Seattle Prep Seattle, WA 16-0-1
Sophomore standout Sophie Hirst scored three goals last week as Seattle Prep recorded wins over Holy Names Academy and Bainbridge.

Season Complete. Indiana Class 2A state runner-up.
School Facts: Public, 3,400 students, grades 9-12.
NOTES: Florida State commit Kristina Lynch, a sophomore, scored 61 seconds into the match, but Penn was unable to hold the lead in the second half in a 2-1 state final loss to Brebeuf Jesuit. For the season, Penn outscored its opponents 121-6. Lynch had a team-high 27 goals.
