Fall FAB 50 High School Soccer Team Rankings

The fall season includes the following states: Connecticut, D.C., Idaho, Indiana, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Mississippi (independent schools) Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, Vermont, Virginia (private), Washington, West Virginia.

The rankings are compiled by high school rankings editor Sheldon Shealer.

Portland jesuit defeated Westview 2-0 last week, the team's closest match of the season. The Crusaders had outscored their opponents 74-1 heading into this week.

St. Anthony's was idle last week.
3 (3) McDonogh School Owings Mills, MD 10-0-1
McDonogh rolled to wins over St. Paul's (10-0) and Holy Cross (5-0). The Eagles are slated to clash with FAB 50 No. 12 Archbishop Spalding this week with the IAAM A regular-season title on the line.

Puyallup netted a pair of 3-0 wins last week, beating Sumner and Curtis.

Medina closed out the regular season with wins over recent FAB 50-ranked Mansfield Madison and Shaler.

Strongsville Strongsville, OH 13-0-3
Memphis commit Peyton Felton and standout Shelby Sallee scored the goals as Strongsville closed out an undefeated regular season with a 2-1 victory over Perrysburg.

Allentown Allentown, NJ 11-0-0
Loyola (Md.) commit Alex Searing scored three goals in Allentown's 5-2 victory over West Windsor-Plainsboro South last week. So far, the team's highlight this year is a victory over FAB No. 14 Bridgewater-Raritan.

Ramapo Franklin Lakes, NJ 11-1-0
Ramapo was upset by Ridgewood last week, but a Sunday victory over Pascack Valley sets up a county tournament semifinal contest this week with a chance at a rematch with FAB 50 No. 9 Northern Highlands. Ramapo won the earlier meeting between these powers.

NJ.com provided some staggering numbers with Northern Highlands' current run. The team has not lost more than once in a season since 2010 and the team is 171-5-6 during that time.

Houston was idle last week.
11 (11) Walsh Jesuit Cuyahoga Falls, OH 14-1-0
Walsh Jesuit pinned a 3-0 defeat on FAB 50 No. 18 Bishop Watterson last week, ending Watterson's undefeated season.
12 (12) Archbishop Spalding Severn, MD 9-0-1
Fifi Iluyomade netted the lone goal as Spalding defeated Notre Dame Prep 1-0 in a battle of undefeated, FAB 50-ranked teams.
13 (13) Beavercreek Beavercreek, OH 16-0-0
Beavercreek closed out a perfect regular season with a 3-0 victory over Centerville. The Beavers could be major factor in the upcoming Ohio Division 1 playoffs, which features five FAB 50 Top 25 teams.
14 (14) Bridgewater-Raritan Bridgewater, NJ 13-1-0
Morgan Winchock's overtime goal lifted Bridgewater-Raritan to a 1-0 win over Hunterdon Central in a battle of New Jersey powers. B-R followed up that victory with a comfortable 5-0 decision over Gill-St. Bernard's.
15 (15) Spencerport Spencerport, NY 13-0-1
Erin Coykendall scored twice to lead Spencerport to a 4-0 win over Rush-Henrietta last week.

Sacred Heart Academy Louisville, KY 18-1-1
Ashley Durik and Brielle Heuglin each scored twice in Sacred Heart's 5-0 win over Atherton last week.

Ravenwood Brentwood, TN 9-0-0
Ravenwood edged Brentwood 1-0 in the district final last week, just days after Brentwood had stunned previous FAB 50 Top 25-ranked Franklin.

Carmel Carmel, IN 18-1-2
Purdue commit Ashley Witucki and Western Kentucky commit Emily Speidel scored the goals as Carmel sealed a berth in the state semifinals with a 2-0 victory over Avon.

Gorman's four-win week was highlighted by a 1-0 victory over perennial state title challenger Palo Verde. Iowa commit Gianna Gourley netted the game-winning goal.

Bishop Kelly Boise, ID 19-0-0
Gonzaga commit Lauren Elwer scored twice as Bishop Kelly rolled past Vallivue 5-1 last week, marking the program's 61st straight victory and 10th straight district title.

Seattle Prep Seattle, WA 14-0-0
Seattle Prep carries an eight-match shutout streak into the final week of regular season play. Last week the Panthers blanked Eastside Catholic and Bainbridge.

Mars defeated Franklin Regional, Kiski Area and North Hills last week to stay perfect. The nonleague, 5-0 win over 4A foe North Hills was a similar margin of victory as the area's perennially strong 4A programs.

Bishop Watterson Columbus, OH 13-1-2
Watterson's undefeated season ended win a 3-0 loss to FAB 50 No. 11 Walsh Jesuit. The team is clinging to a Top 25 ranking thanks to an earlier win over Pickerington North.

Pickerington North Pickerington, OH 11-1-3
Pickerington North defeated Grove City and tied Dublin Jerome to finish regular season play last week.

Penn Charter Philadelphia, PA 10-0-1
Sophomore scoring standout Janae Stewart has powered Penn Charter to an undefeated start. Last week, the team avenged its only blemish with a 2-1 win over Springside Chestnut Hill.
